With internet sales out stripping high street sales these days it can very often be a very impersonal experience and it would sometimes be nice to put a face or faces to the business you are dealing with online. This why we always put a “Meet the Staff” page on our websites, that way you can feel it is more of a personal experience when you can put a face to a name and know that we take great delight in customer satisfaction which is why we have so many returning customers. Mike is the company founder and Chief Instructor and Manager of our Training Centre. Mike's experience lies within project management in several industries such as construction, scuba diving, outdoor pursuits industry, transport and logistics, the training industry and the motor trade. This vast experience is what helps us tailor your First Aid and Medical supply needs to suit your business as well as your training needs.
Darren is the Business and IT Manager and tasked with keeping the websites as up to date as they can be. Darren's background also lies within project management in the construction industry, motor trade and has vast experience within the Outdoor pursuits, Agricultural, weighing, food processing and IT industry so again we can tailor your First Aid and Medical Supply needs to your particular type of industry utilising our knowledge of your industry.
_ Danielle is our Administration Support Assistant and joined us after leaving college and receiving double distinctions in her A levels last year in Sociology. She takes care of the day to day running of the office and helps field your calls when we are away from the office, answer the email enquires we receive and processing your orders from ordering the materials from the suppliers to arranging your shipment getting to you via one of our carriers.
